I thought every church felt like that. Where it was like everyone’s known, everyone’s welcome, you can’t wait to get to church and you don’t wanna leave. That’s not true.

It was just a continual investment in people and when people buy in and they are excited about what they do, then they invite other people.

I feel like our volunteers, in most churches, are the most unthanked and over utilized…
You can’t just be pastoral, you have to be organized too… The Churches that have the right person in place, they are really succeeding.
I always pray for the right client at the right time. I have prayed everyday at 1:18 since 2018… God gave me the verse Ephesians 1:18 “I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened to know the hope to which He has called you”.
